Heinz supplies sauces in glass or plastic bottles which are nigh impossible to empty.

There is no means for the air to enter when the bottle pours, and the contents are liable to squirt in any direction.

 

A solution would be to put the sauce in tubes of the type used for toothpaste, but larger, with screw-on caps.  In this way sauce could be dispensed precisely, hygienically and completely.
